Welcome to Diversity Graphics, formally Rod Enterprises, Inc. Having worked with Steve Rodriguez for over 12 years, I was honored when he asked me to become part this wonderful empire he has built. Designing many of the posters during these years, I became familiar with importance of these products, not only in Government offices but in Schools and the private sector to celebrate one of this country's strongest assets: DIVERSITY.

DIVERSITY is and will always be the tool in which all of us from all walks of ethnic backgrounds truly can appreciate the cultural and traditions that make this melting pot so unique and moves us forward… not as one, but as a group. It is through our relationships in the workforce that some of us first really begin to understand each other's unique backgrounds and culture. It is through our schools that our children from other parts of the country and world begin their lessons in DIVERSITY and how to understand and respect this nation's many colors.

Finally, not only is Mr. Rodriguez my new business partner, but a friend. He and his mother have no idea how grateful I am for their many years of support and belief in my work.
